Junior Psychology Consultant
YOUR MISSION
This role will allow you to work within a fast-growing technology start-up as part of a multidisciplinary team and expand your skillset in areas such as client delivery, project management, customer success, content creation and management, psychometrics, and analytics.
YOUR JOB

- Support market leaders and client projects in various aspects including client delivery, project management, commercial support, and client support.
- Support our diverse client base from start to finish throughout project delivery to ensure they get the maximum benefit from the Welliba platform and collaborate with various teams to address any issues that may arise.
- Participate in various client meetings including initial discussion to understand each client’s specific organisational and personnel challenges.
- Deliver insights generated by the Welliba solution relating the areas impacting the client’s workforce along with other key metrics such as Flight Risk, Psychological Safety and Trust.
- Ensure that clients can effectively interpret and utilise these insights in meaningful ways and achieve the most value from the Welliba solution.
- Contribute to ongoing sales processes by attending client meetings, supporting in follow up tasks, and aiding in the preparation of sales materials for clients.
- Collaborate with the product and solutions team to ensure all colleagues and clients have the right content and materials to enable them to maximise their usage of the Welliba solution.
- Support the localisation process of our solution along with the commercial and marketing content and their associated materials.
- Work with the science and analytics teams to ensure the right materials and enablement content are available to clients and colleagues.
- Collate learnings from project delivery teams and maintain a database of enablement materials for colleagues and clients.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Occupational Psychology, Psychology, HR, or a related field.
- You are fluent in English and one other European language (Dutch, Italian, Spanish, German).
- You have an interest in, and an understanding of, human behaviour.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- You have good attention to detail.
- You possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- You have the ability to thrive in an innovative, fast-paced, and agile startup environment.
- You ideally have knowledge of HR technologies and the HRTech landscape.
- You are willing to be based, and possess a right to work, in Ireland for minimum of 12 months from start date.
