A new era for EX

Our validated and scientific model of employee experience provides the coverage and relevance of data that goes beyond traditional employee engagement and employee experience strategies.

Our technology allows organisations to gain more complete insights into EX than ever before, enabling them to manage EX and deliver on different types of people initiatives with a better ROI and more sustainable impact.

The best of behavioural science, applied to EX

Welliba’s approach to managing EX is based on the latest research. It uses new insights from studies into EX, positive psychology, employee engagement, wellbeing, resilience and people leadership.

A new and holistic model of EX

Our holistic employee experience model looks at how people experience their work and life, which results from the unique and dynamic interaction between a person’s characteristics and their environment. Talent and selection approaches typically look at understanding the person and current listening and engagement approaches look at what is happening in the context of employees.

We combine both self and context insight to provide more relevant insight into the root causes of a poor EX and opportunities to improve EX at an individual; manager and organisational level.

By using this model as part of our approach, we can predict relevant business and people outcomes such as Flight Risk, eNPS, Growth, Careers, Trust, Absenteeism and Psychological Safety, rather than only presenting data about what has happened in the past.

Next generation EX measurement linked to business outcomes

Our AI powered predictive engine leverages historical data generated by our Employee Experience Management System EX+ and augments it with data from other trusted external science and market intelligence databases, which are then scored against our EX-model. This produces a complete and up to date set of EX insights across all countries, industries, job roles, education levels etc. without the need to survey employees

Employees provide insights directly via our short Employee Experience questionnaire and/or our ongoing adaptive micro interactions, while receiving personalised insights, tips and development resources, to produce a complete view of EX across the organisation.

Linking EX to business outcomes

Our holistic EX model allows us to predict future business and people outcomes such as Flight Risk, eNPS, Growth, Careers, Trust, Absenteeism, Physical Wellbeing and Psychological Safety. Rather than analysing historical data, we help you change your future.

Several global samples of employees from different roles, organisations, industries, countries and demographic groups were used to analyse the strength of the link between our EX model and relevant business outcomes. We used regression and correlation analyses to identify how the Welliba model relates to the key business metrics that organisations are struggling to predict.

You can gain more complete insights into EX than ever before and deliver initiatives that result in better ROI and sustainable impact.

White paper

Organisations can only thrive when their employees thrive. Organisations already invest a lot of time, money and effort into keeping employees healthy and productive. However, despite all these efforts, absenteeism and attrition are increasing, whilst productivity and wellbeing are decreasing. Most current approaches have three major shortcomings: they are conceptually incomplete, lack user-centricity, and suffer from poor data quality.

This paper suggests three remedies:

A model of employee experience that is more conceptually complete because it includes the ‘self’, the context in which the ‘self’ works and lives, and the way self and context influence each other.
Becoming more user-centric by measuring employee experience as a subjective experience at the individual level and by targeting interventions based on individual needs.
Ongoing measurement using insights from research on persuasive technology and data privacy to improve data quality.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Paper

In this white paper, we discuss how improving employee experience (EX) can help diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) overcome some of its traditional challenges by shifting the focus to individual employees. And more importantly, why implementing such a new approach may be much less complicated than it seems with Welliba’s employee experience management platform-EX+.
